This UK made traditional wax jacket is designed to match our mens and ladies padded versions that have proven very popular, constructed of the same high quality wax cotton outer with cotton lining. Like the Adults wax jacket this garment features a soft corduroy lined collar, metal press studs, ribbed cuffs and a removable hood to help seal out the cold weather and elements. Ideal for all wet weather outdoor activities. Suitable for hunting, shooting, fishing, horse riding/equestrian, rambling, walking, beating, walking the dog, country walks, farming, festivals etc. Do not dry clean or chemical wash, the effectiveness of the water resistance is based on wax content remaining meaning if the garment is washed it may require rewaxing, as the garment is used in the rain over time it will reduce its water resistance, to maintain this rewaxing is advised yearly to ensure effectiveness.
